FOUR STEPS TO GETTING YOUR BUSINESS STARTED

The Egg Tray Forming process is simple and can be separated into four steps: pulp making, egg tray forming, egg tray drying, and packaging. Each step requires specialized equipment.

 

Step 1: Paper Pulping

The pulping stage's primary goal is to convert waste paper into a well-mixed, impurity-free pulp. To begin, we should mix waste paper and water, stir and pulverize, and sieve out impurities. Next, we should homogenize the pulp, and thickeners and pigments can be added to make the egg tray more attractive.

 

Step 2: Egg Tray Forming

The critical step in the manufacturing process is Egg Tray Forming Machine.

The prepared pulp is tightly attached to the mold in the egg tray forming machine by the vacuum pump. The wet egg tray is separated from the mold after forming the desired shape and conveyed to the drying section by the belt conveyor.

 

Step 3: Egg Tray Drying

The demolded egg tray is wet and contains about 30% moisture. To enhance its firmness and stability, we need to get rid of excess moisture. We can choose natural drying (drying in the sun), drying in a brick-built drying line, or drying with automatic metal drying equipment.

 

Step 4: Egg Tray Packing

Dried egg trays must be packaged for storage or transportation.

Automatic packaging systems include automatic counters and packaging machines. After passing through the automatic counter and packing machine, a certain number of egg trays are compressed and packed, saving storage and transportation space and reducing the possibility of accidental damage.
