ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a kind of hydraulic mechanism in which the pump is coupled with a motor directly. The pump set has advantage features of high-quality special material, updated structure, wide flow channel, high capacity for sewage. It is used for delivering liquid contained sand, mud, coal cinder solid etc. The pump can be mainly employed in moving the mud and sand in lake, river, sea and widening channel etc. it also can be applied to move sewage from the pool; in building site, steelworks and power station etc. the pump adopts excellent material, advanced structure, and it is with the wide flowing passage of strong delivery ability. The hydraulic parts are wear-resistant. The pump is yet completed with a control unit. It consists of the motor and pumps in two parts. It adopts a three-phase synchronal alternating motor. By static sealing isolates with the pump. The mechanical sealing is wave pipe double-end one which operates in filling oil chamber. There is an oil-water probe between the oil chamber and the motor chamber. It can protect the pump set from operating safely while water steps into the motor chamber. The pump set consists of the main impeller and vice impeller two parts. The main impeller is used for absorbing and delivering solid-liquid mixture, the vice impeller is used for spraying or stirring the solid-liquid mixture to help the impeller delivering.

Structure description:

1. M, ah, AHP, HP, h and HH slurry pumps are of double pump shell structure, i.e. pump body. The pump cover is provided with replaceable wear-resistant metal lining (including impeller, sheath, guard plate, etc.) pump body. The pump cover is made of gray cast iron or ball milled cast iron according to the working pressure. It is vertically split and connected with bolts. The pump body has a stop and is connected with the bracket with bolts. The outlet of the pump can be rotated and installed at eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life of the pump,

2. AHR, LR and Mr slurry pumps are of double pump shell structure, and the pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber lining (including impeller, front sheath, rear sheath, etc.). The pump body and cover are the same as those of ah, l and M pumps, and their rotating parts and installation forms are the same as those of ah, l and M pumps.

3. Type D and G are of single pump structure (i.e. without lining). The pump body, cover and impeller are made of wear-resistant metal. The connection of pump body and pump cover adopts special clamping structure, and the pump outlet direction can rotate freely, which is convenient for installation and disassembly

4. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise from the transmission direction

The name of submersible slurry pump head is pump body and pump cover. Generally, the so-called pump head of slurry pump should include pump body and pump cover. The pump body is mainly connected to the rotor of the pump, and the impeller, seal and bearing components are connected through bearings. The pump cover is the Department corresponding to the pump body and forms a closed cavity with the pump cover. The inside of the pump body and pump cover is the lining of the slurry pump. The lining material generally includes rubber and high chromium alloy. Generally, the pump lining is rubber or metal alloy according to the industrial and mining conditions

1. The power supply is 50Hz, 380V three-phase AC power supply.

2. The maximum temperature of the medium shall not be higher than 40 ℃, and the medium does not contain flammable and explosive gases.

3. Maximum weight concentration of solid particles in the medium: 45% for ash and 60% for slag.

4. The maximum diving depth of the unit shall not be greater than 20m and the minimum diving depth shall not be less than 1m.

5. It is better for the unit to work vertically in the medium, and the operation mode is continuous operation.
